GNOM Risk and Product Status Disclosure

Version: 0.2 Effective date: 2026-06-21 Status: Early-stage experimental release

Please read carefully. GNOM is an early-stage, experimental, unincorporated open-source project. This disclosure is a product draft, has not been approved by qualified legal counsel, and is not legal, tax, investment, financial, accounting, or regulatory advice. Nothing in GNOM is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, guarantee, deposit, savings product, or promise of value or return.

1. Experimental product status

GNOM software, interfaces, APIs, smart contracts, AI workflows, sandbox previews, funding mechanics, governance, rewards, ProjectTokens, and integrations remain under active development. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, insecure, delayed, changed, restricted, paused, or removed. A visible preview, balance, quote, status, roadmap item, test result, or generated artifact is not a promise that a feature is production-ready or will be delivered.

2. Crypto and transaction risk

Wallet signatures and blockchain transactions may be public, irreversible, delayed, reordered, rejected, or executed with unexpected fees or results. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, bridges, decentralized exchanges, indexers, oracles, and networks may contain defects, be exploited, become unavailable, or report stale or incorrect data. You may lose some or all funds, tokens, access, or expected rights.

GNOM, ProjectTokens, governance rights, reputation, bounties, rewards, vesting rights, and any other digital asset or platform right may have no value, may lose all value, may be illiquid or non-transferable, and may be restricted or unavailable in your jurisdiction. Displayed amounts, conversions, allocations, claim previews, balances, and funding progress are informational and may differ from final on-chain state.

3. Projects, funding, and counterparties

Projects are created and operated by independent participants. GNOM does not guarantee that a project, stage, task, bounty, deliverable, refund, reward, claim, or governance decision will be completed, useful, secure, lawful, maintained, profitable, adopted, listed, liquid, or available. Funding and activation flows are not insured accounts, deposits, guaranteed returns, profit-sharing arrangements, or fiduciary services.

Review the project, participants, wallet, network, transaction, amount, smart-contract state, and applicable rules before acting. Do not commit funds or publish material you cannot afford to lose or disclose.

4. AI and generated output risk

AI-generated specifications, code, tasks, summaries, reviews, translations, and sandbox builds may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, insecure, non-compliant, outdated, or infringing. Localized interfaces and editorial legal drafts may contain material errors until they receive external language and legal review. You are responsible for human review, testing, security assessment, licensing review, and jurisdiction-specific legal review before relying on, deploying, publishing, or funding generated output.

5. Data and privacy risk

Public wallet addresses, transactions, contract interactions, token transfers, funding activity, and other blockchain records may be permanent and visible to anyone. Public projects, comments, tasks, and deliverables may be indexed, copied, or republished. GNOM cannot delete public-chain data or control third-party indexing.

The current data flows and browser storage are described in the Privacy Policy. Never submit private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery data, authentication secrets, or confidential information to GNOM, AI prompts, project content, comments, or sandbox previews.

6. Third-party and operational risk

GNOM depends on third-party and self-hosted infrastructure, including wallet software, Gnosis Chain, RPC providers, block explorers, AI providers, hosting, databases, observability, analytics, and container infrastructure. Outages, policy changes, rate limits, attacks, data loss, service discontinuation, or configuration errors may interrupt or change the Services.

7. Legal and regional uncertainty

Digital-asset, crowdfunding, consumer-protection, privacy, sanctions, tax, securities, payments, and AI rules vary by jurisdiction and may change. GNOM does not determine whether your use is lawful. You are responsible for obtaining independent advice and complying with laws, reporting duties, restrictions, and taxes that apply to you.

8. Controlling language and review status

The English version is the controlling product draft. Localized versions may be editorial drafts provided for convenience and may still contain material errors. No locale is marked as externally language-reviewed or reviewed by qualified legal counsel until that review has actually occurred. If a localized version conflicts with the English source, rely on the English source and contact GNOM before taking action.
